Reservation is highly recommended for Victoria Elite Spa.
Guests might be required a deposit equivalent to 50% of the full payment especially for the large group reservation.
***Cancellation Policy
Please note that a minimum of 3 hours advance notice is required on any appointment cancellation.
“No-shows” or last-minute cancellations will impact our massage therapist working schedule since we may have had to turn away other guests that could have enjoyed that time slot! Guests that do not honour their appointments will be charged a fee equivalent to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service.
***Middle way termination
We cannot refund your payment for any reason if your massage session begins more than 5 minutes.
***Late Policy
We understand being late is sometimes unavoidable. If the client is late for the appointment, we reserve the right to shorten the service in order to accommodate scheduling requirements or to reschedule the appointment. The client will be responsible for the payment of the full service booked.
